This bracket will not suit "Toolbox style" air compressor units.

Can this mounting bracket be used to fit the ARB Toolbox Case style Air Compressor in the vehicle?

It will not fit with the toolbox air compressor. You will need to buy the mounting bracket from arb to convert it to an in-vehicle mount. The cost of this is around $40.
